My wife and I came here to get a couples massage. The girl had no idea what she was doing, ive had a better backrub from my kids. Considering they were shown on the news in a story about human trafficking and are now closed I can see why the massage was sub par, that wasnt their specialty..
The massage is excellent. But the day my husband and I went I came in before him because he's parking the car. I was pleasantly greeted and was ask for which massage package I want. After I picked, the lady have me pay upfront and that wasn't an issue. The issue was when my husband came in and I was already in the room prepping for the massage the lady interrupted and ask for me to get dressed. Using her Google Translate she wants me to return in an hour because her "existing appointment" just arrive, which is my husband but he didn't have an appointment at all. When I refuse and just asked for a refund she went and go ahead to give me my massage and she didn't half a** it. It is excellent, while my husband waits in the other room. Our issue with this establishment is INTEGRITY. If you don't have enough massage therapists just don't be open or at least refuse the service you can't fulfill then choose to lie to your clientele.
In my opinion, Sisi is the most qualified and experienced therapist in the area. Don't hesitate to ask for her; this is the greatest voicemail in all of Lewisville, Texas. This is a must-see and won't disappoint any traveler.
