Their approach to functional training has given me more confidence that my body can do amazing things! They’ve helped me work through injuries I had from a car accident. Kali, Isaac, and Zack have worked with me to help me with my plantar fasciitis issues. I was told for years by physical therapists and chiropractors that I had plantar fasciitis. I absolutely love coming to Isaac when I’m aching or hurting- I spent months and months doing chiro and massage therapy for a shoulder injury unsuccessfully- it would feel better and then hurt the minute I worked out. Isaac looks at the whole body- not just the injury. He worked his magic and got me fixed up in just a few sessions, as well as suggested exercises for at home. He has also greatly minimized neck discomfort from an old car accident that no one could ever heal. Now I pop in as needed and appreciate the time, effort, and focus he takes with my care. Feel so grateful to have found him!

I went to Kathrina at Structural Elements for a massage today.She’s knowledgeable and skillful, sharing ways to continue the healing process at home, while patiently working with the muscles to calm the inflammation.She was friendly and interactive, encouraging me to work with her to treat the problem.Thank you Kathrina!
