Servpro was so professional, kind, hardworking, and honestly it just felt to comforting having such a great team when you're dealing with something so stressful like a flood. The team was Tim, Danny, Larry, Trey and Jacob and they all were incredibly responsive and communicated so well, they've been so easy to get ahold and speak to which has also been very helpful and relieving too. They did a great job and explained everything and I feel as though my home was very well taken care of. Overall it Was a great experience and wonderful customer service and we feel so grateful for their time and care for both my home and family.
We had a water heater leak from the attic to the first floor. ServPro came out promptly and help us clean up and dry out. We appreciated their professionalism so much we hired them to do all the repairs to our home. They were always on time, worked hard to meet our timeline needs and did a fantastic job restoring our home. Additionally, they were very clean throughout the entire process.
John Mondy was very helpful in guiding me in a very professional way. I called in on Tuesday morning at 2:00 am, my mom's house was flooded. He took my call and the same day he sent the serve pro team to evaluate the damage with in-depth pictures and sketching of the whole house. The overall experience was very professional and explained very clearly to us. I highly recommend John and Serve Pro.
