Regent responded to our mold issue expeditiously. Juan communicated with me throughout the process and was very professional. Lashelle was also very helpful and responsive to our concerns. I would definitely recommend their services.

Regent Restoration of Lewisville came to my house after the plumber found on the second floor, a leaking toilet, that caused quite a bit damage to the subfloor and part of walls. He contacted them and very soon RR personal showed up to assess the damage.We start interacting with several people: Juan Sanchez and Andres Barboza, that helped with opening the insurance claim, but most interaction has been with Earl and Eddy, the guys who came by daily to check the drying process, instalation of equipment as well as removal of the damaged subfloor and vanity.
