My job was not very large - some shingles were blown down from a steep, high roof. I called roofers who said it was a small job and ghosted me after taking a look at it, promising a quote and vanishing. I called roofers who tried to upsell me on larger jobs unrelated to the shingles.
Pearson was perhaps the seventh place I called. They had it done the same week I called them. No following up on my part, no ghosting or upselling on their part. From the time I met Jesus the guy just had great energy. He was upfront, informative, always communicated, and delivered on time. Anytime I hear someone say anything about a roof, I've been recommending him.
Mike and his crews are the best, most honest contractors I have worked with. When our neighborhood was devastated by the June 2023 hail storm, we were inundated by people knocking on our door. I'd say 50% were scams. I interviewed 12 reputable roofing companies ( Iooked for GAF or Corning President club and master certified partners) only 2 of them were no pressure. A few of them were eager to game the system. Only Pearson showed up and took the time to talk me through optios, and he was the ONLY one that bought data to show me what damages my insurance company was reinbursing in my community. Because I opted for a virtual claims adjustment, there was a lot of damage that we missed. His team of professional insurance specialist negotiated with the insurance company and got me 40% more than the initial estimate. Through out the.process his crews went above and beyond others to ensure the job was done to the highest standards(e.g putting ice and water where others only wanted to put synthetic felt).it's a rare pleasure to brag about a great roofing contractor. I highly recommend them, and will use them in the future.
