I came here when this practice first started 2007-2010. Moved away from Dallas 2010-2022. Just started back. The Dentist not only remembered me, but remembered some of the difficulties I have with teeth cleaning. But not only that, she remembered my Dad who passed in 2017 (I also got him to come here). And she told me how much she missed my Dad.So the Dentistry here is great. But the customer service is off the charts wonderful. I won’t be going anywhere else while I live in the Dallas North area.

Deft, Meticulous, Patient and Definitive is how I would describe Dr Sood. She provides exceptional care to her patients as evident by her regular follow up calls to ensure the patient’s well-being. Easy and convenient appointment setting / reminder process that has never led to any additional waiting!

Dr. Ritu Sood has been our family dentist for the last 16 years. From cleaning to fillings, crowns to extractions - she’s addressed all of our dental needs over the years - and has been excellent at it. Never had any issues. Over the years we have recommended her to many of our family and friends. We highly recommend Dr Sood for her diligence, expertise, and professionalism.
