The company installed our shower glass during a bathroom remodel. After 4 years, the shower door needed to be 'realigned.' I emailed the company and they scheduled the appointment relatively quickly. When the technicians came out to adjust the door they saw that one of the hinges was leaking oil and needed to be replaced. They adjusted the door (and replaced the sweep) and will set up another appointment to replace the hinges at a later date. I live in Arlington so I was concerned they might not want to make the trip for such a small job but they did. The company is very professional and responsive.Service: Glass installation

My Affordable Glass wasn't the first place I called, and I found other companies to be non-responsive, more expensive, or just generally uninterested in getting my business. Nani was so pleasant, professional, and responsive, she made it a pleasure to do business with her. my first clue with these folks was a competitive bid for a frameless shower. I searched for long time looking for a solution to my needs with a pony wall install. their quote to me was pretty reasonable but alas I did not read it well. once I realized the quote INCLUDED install it was that much more competitive. David and his colleague were professional, engaging and on time for measuring and install.David also pointed out a scratch on a glass panel offering to have th glass replaced. I defined the offer. I still haven't seen the scratch since he left, that's how small it was.attention to detail, courtesy, craftsmanship, results and value. why go anywhere else?
