I brought my car in after speaking with the representative at the front desk and I wish I remembered his name. I asked him for an estimate on what it would take to get a motor mount replaced on my vehicle. He gave me an estimate. I took the written estimate and laughed went home. Thought about it came back. The next day asked him if he could complete the work today. He said I could probably do it in an hour or a little more. Ask them if they would change the oil at the same time he’s said he would. I went in here to get brake pads and they were great. I asked about tires because another place told me I needed them and they told me that they weren't even close. They didn't try to upsell me and I was a female by myself where I usually try to get upsold. I will only go here now
Came in an hour and a half before close with a completely blown out tire. These guys were able to get me a full set of new tires and an oil change in that 90 minutes, on top of helping every other customer there that evening. Friendly, professional, and fast. Strongly recommend.
