The salon maintains a clean and quiet atmosphere, with pleasant background music. The friendly staff are accommodating and go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction, even taking on creative nail art requests. Customers have praised the attention to detail from the staff, particularly noting the impressive work done by Lena and JP. Quiet, spacious, relaxing and aesthetically pleasing atmosphere with christian music. Complimentary beverages including alcohol. All the nail techs are pleasant and I tried 3 before I found the one I like best. I left my last salon that I frequented over 10 years because they had gotten into the habit of giving walk-ins priority over scheduled appontments and because they allowed rude people to have phone conversations throughout their entire appointment. I have not experienced that here. Something else worth noting...if you are hard on your nails like me and you go to a new technician for the first time...not knowing you...there is a chance they will make them thin because that is what most people find appealing, and they will chip and break. Don't bash this place. They are good hard working people. Just communicate with your tech or try a different tech next time and don't wait too long between appointments. They fix breaks at no additional cost and once I found the right tech for me I no longer have breaks. They are perfect every time.
