Jaime did a great install and made sure we knew how to put on and take off the net with confidence. He suggested we take a video of him doing it too so we could refer back to it until we got the hang of it. Great communicator!

Love our KatchaKid safety net! We wanted to ensure pool safety but with a minimized aesthetic and this net our needs. Julie answered all my questions upfront and was very patient with me. Vivian was efficient with scheduling. And Colton our installer was amazing. Worked with attention to detail and was very thorough in training us on how to remove and reinstall the net. There was an issue with a loose coping during initial install and he was very gracious in coming back after we got in taken care of with our pool company. Really great team to work with!
