The folks at Katchakid are very professional! From Julie, Vivian, Chris and Andrew. They all made this seamless. Chris called on a very rainy morning and said they would arrive around 9:15 and they would work until the rain arrived. They worked diligently and finished the pool fencing. They answered all questions, showed me how to take the fence down and even gave some pointers on accurately marking the fence location for reinstall.
The fence has only been up for 24 hours so I can’t speak to the longevity of the product yet but our installer, Chris, was great! He pointed out a few last minute things for us to think about and our fence looks awesome and our kids are safe. Two thumbs up!
Very happy with our experience! Andrew was excellent! He was on time, provided suggestions for fence placement, and was very friendly! Would recommend to friends and family and would tell them to request Andrew for install!
