I have been struggling with plantar fasciitis for about a year. I have tried new/different socks, shoes, massages, medicines, etc. Damien asked several questions and worked through a targeted massage. He gave me stretches to keep the relief going. I have been able to get out of bed or up from a chair and not hobble. If you have PF you know how painful the first handful of steps are! I cannot recommend Damien enough.
