With these gentlemen, I had the most incredible time. The electrician was prompt to dispatch employees to my residence and do the task. Hancock Electric Company was quite pleasant to work with and patiently explained everything. They worked rapidly to resolve the situation. After experiencing yet more difficulties, he was gracious enough to send someone back to double-check everything, allowing us to finally have electricity after four days.
