I had an emergency with a leaking toilet and called H&M plumbing to check it out. The dispatcher on the phone was very responsive with a fast turn around time. She was able to send someone within an hour. Jesus arrived and quickly assessed the situation and went to work. He helped diagnose the problem and then stayed with me while I called Roto-Rooter to unclog the drain. He was very kind, empathetic, and compassionate for my situation. I called H&M plumbing today at 10:00 am and got an appointment early afternoon. Joe El and his partner arrived early and were very professional and courteous. They quickly got the sink unclogged and flowing with hot water to further help clean out the main drain line. Very nice touch. I had hacked at the clog with an auger for about an hour, but they made it look easy. They are my new plumbing company!Service: Drain unblocking
