“Dr Foss is very knowledgeable, excellent Chiropractor! After having horrible headaches and jaw and neck pain for months, he was able to find and fix the problem in my first visit. Thank God, I found this place. Excellent service!“
“Before beginning my journey with imagine wellness, I struggled with Hashimotos and PCOS for almost 20 years. My endocrinologist told me my thyroid levels were normal; however, I didn’t feel normal. I had no energy, and I struggled with my weight. Even with vigorous exercise and cutting calories, I still was unable to lose weight. I struggled with brain fog and concentration, and everyday was a struggle. I began my journey with imagine wellness over 4 months ago, and I have never felt better! I have more energy than ever, and I feel way healthier! It was a bonus to lose over 20 pounds! I signed up for Dr. J’s VIP program because investing in my health is extremely valuable to me. From the moment I made my appointment, I have been treated extremely well by everyone in the office including Stephanie and Michelle! If you are on the fence, book a consultation!“
“Dr. Wells will make you well! Allow me to share with you my experience healing from Acid Reflux/Gerd and Hypothyroidism.A year ago last December, I had an overabundance of stress in my life. After moving here to San Antonio 2 years ago, my father died suddenly and a trifecta of stressors hit me hard. I suddenly started burping non-stop. I pretty much could not eat anything but salad without having a horrible burping episode. Previously, I would consider myself a very healthy person, avoiding sugar and carbs as much as possible, unless it was from vegetables and fruit.I began with a functional medicine Dr in the San Antonio area. I wanted someone who understood and practiced Contact Reflex Analysis, (muscle testing). She sent my blood work to a lab and it came back showing that I was experiencing food sensitivities to about a dozen different foods. She told me to get of gluten, continue to avoid sugar and she put me on the Blood Type Diet. It was very restrictive. I pretty much could only eat salad, chicken, turkey or fish daily and only one duck egg a week. No bread, nuts, no beef or shellfish, no kale, tomatoes… it was tough. I did this for almost a year. Being a Chiropractor, she believed additionally I had a disk out causing the burping. It was not easy. I ended up losing 20 pounds. If I cheated from this diet in any way, the burping would start back up again. Sometimes the burping would be so bad, it was like I was burping every 5 seconds for up to 2 days. I couldn’t take it anymore, and at one point ended up going to the emergency room. They scanned my stomach and chest area and nothing came up. Instead the scanner caught a thyroid cyst that was quite large in my neck. I ended up going to an Endocrinologist and a Gastrologist, and they were both useless. The Gastrologist pretty much told me if I was unwilling to take Omeprazole, she couldn’t help me. I won’t take that because evidence has shown it to cause colon cancer and dementia. The Endo Dr wanted me to take a Parathyroid drug for the rest of my life. But this drugs causes Indigestion and other terrible side effects. So I declined.During this time, I switch Drs. Still searching for someone who performs Contact Reflex Analysis, I came across Dr. Wells and decided to give him a try. Walking into his office, I immediately knew I was at the right place because he overwhelmingly focused on Standard Process Supplements. I have had a history of using these products, and they have ALWAYS healed my health issues. Dr Wells took his time and went over all my symptoms and past history. I began taking the supplements and right away started feeling much better. He wanted to get me moving again, and emphasized the importance of using a rebounder. which has been great! So here I am, one year later. I am continuing to take Standard Process Supplements for my digestive issues, and for hypothyroidism as I continue to heal. I am now able to eat EVERYTHING I previously could not! I pretty much do NOT burp anymore. Only slightly, once in a while. It can start up slightly if I eat after 6pm, or if I start feeling overly stressed. Every month that goes by, I am seeing more healing.Other methods I included on my own to further my healing process involved daily walks, drinking lots of lemon water, green celery and cucumber juice, listening to healing frequencies and taking anti-parasitic protocols, which I think all together helped to bring me back to life. I continue to choose to eat gluten-free, unless I buy my own flour from Europe, as they don't use Glyphosate in their food. My Endo Dr was from Europe and felt that my Thyroid cyst was the direct cause of all the pesticides they put in our foods.Personally, I think the world of Dr. Wells, and I hope if you are reading this you will give him a try. Your healing experience may not happen overnight, but he will set you on a path to health, if you will just be patient and listen to him.“
“If your serious about powerlifting or training in general, THIS IS THE GYM TO BE AT!!!“
“Best experience with this office. It was so easy to start the process without needing to go in for a separate appointment. They walk you through screening questions on the phone and then send you a link to the patient portal where you fill out forms electronically including medical history and any meds and supplements you are taking. They send your prep prescription to the pharmacy of your choice and give you written instructions on what to do starting 5 days prior to make sure you have a successful procedure and don't have to come back for a do over. They called to remind me of the appointment a couple days ahead of time and to ask if I had any questions. They provide a useful clear liquid diet that you use the day before the procedure. I opted for the Clenpiq prep, which is two-6 ounce bottles of prep solution. You don't even have to start that until 5pm the day before. So you aren't out of work that day. I found it's best to chug a bit and chase it with cold water. It's a sweet, cranberry flavored liquid, but not thick. The only inconvenience is you take the second bottle at 3 AM the day of the procedure followed by a lot of water. Kind of hard to do when you are groggy. But if you follow the directions you will be happier than having to do it again. In office process was efficient. Staff from the receptionist to intake to prep and procedure were all friendly and provided you with details every step of the way. You get to talk the doctor before the procedure and afterwards he discusses the results with you. You can have your ride wait for you in the waiting room or they can go back home or enjoy breakfast while you are starving. They call them when you are going into the procedure and when you come out and they can join you in post op to hear all the exciting details of the procedure. Shout out to Joetta, Carrie (sp?) and Dr. Guirl for a great experience.“
“Had a Fibroblast treatment done on my upper eyelids. First let me say I was not convinced i wanted to do this as this was my eyelids we are talking about here but a wonderful lady said come at 10:30 and we will discuss. Elia walked me through the procedure from start to finish, and this is her spa. I checked out all of her certifications on the wall including a plasma/laser one and felt better about the procedure. What i discovered is that she is a consummate professional in her trade in so many ways it is impressive. She had a fibroblast procedure done to her own face during her training so she knew what it felt like and she knew/studied the products necessary to make this a comfortable, successful procedure. She first applied a numbing cream that was amazing (she said she went through many before finding the best) and truly it was the best as I felt nothing during the procedure. She was quick, efficient, funny and to me truly cared about the end result as she provided a professional red light therapy treatment directly after and offered me more sessions in the following week to reduce inflammation and help the healing occur faster if needed. I am at the one week mark after my procedure and my “dots” are almost gone, the light swelling that will occur on eyelids went down by the end of day two and I am very, very happy with the results so far. I used Neosporin the first 2 days as I am a huge fan of this product (even though this was not part of their instruction). I followed her instructions for light cleaning and then Neosporin for the first 2 days for hydration. I now want to do forehead and upper neck:) I highly recommend this spa and have a high confidence and trust in the skills and training of the staff.“
