Spencer did an excellent job helping me recover from a knee injury and providing helpful exercises and guidance to set me up post-PT to limit the potential for re-injury. The sessions were dynamic and challenging as Spencer tailored the exercises as my recovery progressed. The facility is excellent and the PTs are top notch. Highly recommend!
It’s hard to put into words how thankful I am for ROI and the training I received working with Spencer! He not only focused on strength training so I could return to running, but ensured he educated me with the knowledge needed for continued growth after PT. After a few months of sessions, I’m feeling stronger than ever and am back to running on a regular basis for the first time in almost a year. Highly recommend Spencer and the ROI team!
