Our shower leak ended up requiring 3 visits because of parts we needed to order and an issue with the city water cutoff to our house, but Alex was very patient and responsive throughout the process. The visits were also accomplished in consecutive days. He made sure to leave us with a working shower between visits, foreseeing what may be necessary for the repair and not beginning the core of the repair until we had our other issues worked out. It was a complicated task with obstacles arising as more parts were removed from the shower, requiring a lot of specialized tools and knowledge. However, our bill in the end was just slightly higher than the original quote, he managed to fix everything without having to break our shower wall, and he explained what was going on throughout the process. We’ll definitely be calling again for future plumbing issues.“
