I dropped off my bed comforter and got it back next day, after they initially told me it would be about a week. I experienced friendly customer service from start to finish, if you need a place to get your dry cleaning done I do recommend Jack Brown Cleaners.

I use Jack Brown Cleaners in Leander often. They do a great job dry cleaning various types of clothing for me. Maggie provides great customer service and it’s always enjoyable when I go to drop off or pick up my dry cleaning because of her. Would highly recommend this dry cleaning service.

The cleaners themselves does a good job but the older lady that works there is rude and definitely is not good at her job. When we pulled up she was sitting on the sidewalk near the entrance and was smoking and had no desire to stop what she was doing to check in our dry cleaning. Overall I would give him five stars but the customer service of that particular person working that day makes it a two.
