This place is great! Friendly staff, great service, so many options and the beverage bar is awesome!! I’ve been so impressed at every visit and rarely have to wait without an appointment because they are so well staffed.
Hands down the best and my favorite nail lounge in the surrounding austin area. The staff are AMAZING, helpful, and so sweet. I got in later today and they stayed a little late to finish my nails. These ladies are the BEST, and their teamwork is top notch. I'm indecisive just because I want everything and nothing all at the same time, it's really hard for me to explain what I want sometimes, even with pictures, because I want the ladies doing the job to be comfortable with doing the designs too, and these ladies nailed it and understood what I was trying to get. I want to give 5 starts to Michelle that takes care of my nails and 0 stars to the manager that answered my phone call when I called to make an appointment. He was very rude, no patience. I was trying to see my schedule to see the time I was available and he just said: when you decide what you want you call me back. He just ended the call. I just come back because I love Michelle’s job if was for him I will never come back again. Everyone needs to be treated with respect. Nobody never did that to me I was so frustrated and sad the whole day.
