I contacted Ferguson as one of the first contractors I reached out to for my bathroom and kitchen remodels. I selected Ferguson because they are located near me and I wanted to give locals my business. Jeremy's wife, Julie, was in touch promptly after I reached out and sent some helpful information along before our appointment. I appreciated that. Jeremy came by our place to do our estimate. He was a ball of energy. That also means that he talked over me as I explained what I wanted done. I overlooked the interruptions because it seemed he understood what we wanted. I hired Jeremy Ferguson to do our kids/guest bathroom a couple of years ago, and he and his team did a very good job. So when it came time to tackle the master bath/closet, I reached out to him again for an estimate, along with a couple of other contractors. From the start, Jeremy's knowledge about remodeling, his concern about my vision and budget, and his professionalism raised his estimate above the others. My experience with him from the other project made the decision to work with Jeremy even easier.
