“I called Miguel because my 2023 Sequoia was not riding right: it was downright uncomfortable. That shouldn’t be the case for a vehicle that costs what it does! I had been to the Toyota dealership 10 times - they would rebalance tires. They replaced two tires when it only had 25,000 miles. So I put 4 newMichelin tires on. That did not fix it! Nothing worked to get rid of vibration. So I took it back to Toyota and told them to replace rear shocks. They wouldn’t because rear shocks were supposedly fine. At the Toyota dealership, I did a google search for “suspension near me” and I hit on Miguel’s shop. I asked him if he had something better than Toyota rear shocks. He said he could improve the ride for sure. Then Miguel placed on his lift and checked the drive shaft (which was shaking). He suggested taking to Toyota since my Sequoia only had 27,000 miles. I did. Sure enough! They found the drive shaft was the problem and they replaced it under warranty! Previously, I had taken to Toyota at least 10 times and all I got was a wheel balance (never fixing the problem). Thank you, Miguel, for finding the real problem!!!!“
