“The windows are very satisfactory and have cut down on our energy bills. However I caution anyone who is interested in their financing with Medallion bank to check their reviews before you take out a loan with them. Their rating is a 2.3 which is probably high bc you have to give them a 1 to post a review. My automatic EFT was turned off by the bank without my permission or knowledge. therefore I missed several payments bc I was unaware of this which caused my promotion to be cancelled and the interest was charged to my loan even though I was going to pay it off in full. No customer service was helpful. I am reporting them to the attorney General for fraudulent practices. I suggest storm tight windows get a new finance company for your customers.“
