I did purchase a Generac Generator from the Shock Doc, and always on time for my maintenance service, as well as my other services calls from them.
In my experience with, the Shock Doc they are the most effective in regarding the Generac Generator. My trust in Shock Doc is integrity beyond reproach.

The most professional contractor I have ever worked with. Ashley was so good with her knowledge and communication. You better hang on to her. Ben was so knowledgeable and informative. He educated us all about the generator because we have never had any kind of generator in the past. I’m going to be doing more business with Shock Doc in the future!
My husband and I have had Ben from Shock Doc come out twice now—once because our outside outlets were not working and another when the exhaust fan stopped working in our bathroom.
Both times he was very knowledgable and went above and beyond answering questions—even for issues that he did not originally come out to service. He was able to fix both the outlets and exhaust fan quickly. We will definitely be using Shock Doc again!
