I found Kay Lowell through the International Association of Reiki Professionals. I wanted to find a reputable instructor for my first (Shoden) level of Reiki and I was not disappointed. Kay is a lovely person and she immediately made me feel relaxed and welcome. She is a natural teacher and I thoroughly enjoyed her class. Her session room is sublime, creating the perfect atmosphere for my first experience with channeling energy. She also provided books for further reading and a nice lunch.
