They are okay. Did not realize they had more than one location. I went to pick up a pair of shoes I had repaired and that location was closed. At least they had the where with all to email me about my shoes needing to be picked up. One thing I was grateful for.But honestly for shoe repair? I would not go back again.

I’ve been going here for 10+ years and they have never failed me!! I’ve taken in things from drill team uniforms->blankets. I even had them clean my wedding dress and veil AND had them preserve it for me...it came out amazing and in a beautiful looking box!! Jaquita is so friendly and remembers me every time I go in.
