We called Island Plumbing to fix what we thought was going to be a simple fix but upon arrival of the Technician Donnell he found that our plumbing issue was a bigger issue than we thought. Donnell and his crew were very informative about the issues with our plumbing needs and we're very patient with our questions and concerns. Not only did they tell us what needed to be done they also showed pictures of what they found with the plumbing that needed to be repaired. All staff from the first call to Island Mann were extremely helpful and professional. They did a great job with our repairs and left everything nice and clean. Island Mann Plumbing has a great team, from the assessment process of my leaking water heater by Lester, the installation by Brian and Cameron and the outstanding customer service from the staff and Raymond Mann. It was a pleasure doing business with them all. This is the second time I've used them for plumbing issues and both times were great. I highly recommend them.
Martin was incredibly quick and efficient at getting our drain unclogged so we didn't have to close down. Highly recommended their services not only because of how quick their response was but also because they are local as well.
