“I don't write reviews, but I had to write this one. I had a plumber out (from another company) on Aug. 14 to reroute the primary drain for my A/C, and through no fault of their own, the A/C broke. None of us realized this until they were already gone.

I called Dr. Cool, who I have used before (with great results), at 3:07 p.m. and they said they would have someone out same day. Michael and a newer technician (I unfortunately forget his name) arrived at around 4:30 from Galveston, which is an hour away from me. Those two worked non-stop until after 8:30 that night to fix my problem. It didn't take so long because they didn't know what they were doing either. There turned out to be multiple issues, each of which had to be diagnosed and addressed, to get the A/C back online. Both Michael and the other technician kept up good humor the entire time, even though I know it had to be frustrating for them to chase so many problems, having been in similar situations myself in the past.

Even though they did such a good job, the company was aware how much trouble my A/C had given them. So, they sent out a senior technician, Brandon, the next day just to quickly double check everything at no charge.

If you need work done on your A/C, I don't think you can go wrong with this company. So far, all of their technicians I have dealt with—especially the last two days—have really gone above and beyond to fix the problems I was having. And the pricing has always been more than fair, in my opinion.“
