I only went here because my insurance required it as a pcp and I'm glad I can now go somewhere else with better insurance. The main doctor (Dr.Hussein) always seems to not care and would always make it seem like I'm an inconvenience with my visits. Honestly, the whole place feels tense. The nurse practitioners were always kind and understanding, though. Just hope you get the doctor on a good day but even then you probably won't have a good experience. One time when they didn't fill out my paperwork right, they messaged me saying they needed to call me to fix it but I told them I was at the airport so I probably couldn't respond. I wish I could give zero stars. Dr.Hussein is extremely negligent. I took my newborn son in and mentioned how jaundiced he looked, she looked at his hospital blood work and was not worried. He got progressively yellow and so I reached out concerned. She told me I was overreacting but to bring him in. I brought him in and she treated me horribly. She told me "I think we could wait it out, if I'm wrong you can sue me". I insisted on blood work she said "okay but you're going to hate yourself when he is crying from the poke". 3 days later we were in the ICU with him to treat his critical jaundice levels. I express strong caution to anyone who reads positive reviews about Dr. Hussain and considers visiting her. If you value being treated with respect, dignity, and having your concerns taken seriously, I discourage you from seeing her. During my initial appointment, she had a dismissive and rushed attitude, lacking empathy and failing to listen to my issues. Bedside manner was terrible. I found fabricated things in my after-visit summary. The entries falsely claimed that we discussed personal factors contributing to my chronic fatigue or IBS.
