Bottom line up front: I wouldn't call anyone else in League City.
Called to address two different projects. We wanted a quick a/c check up before summer, and a new breaker box with some new outlets in our garage.
A/C check up went great, the gentleman spent a good amount of time in our attic looking things over before heading outside to check out the condenser. I asked a few questions about what it might cost to replace a few things, and the tech said "We try to fix things before replacing whole units." Good answer!! No upsell, and he gave a few recommendations for the future. 10/10

A/C went out this summer and we were melting. Fast, same day service for the initial diagnostic. Technician was extremely friendly and very honest. We'd had another technician come out before him that was trying to upsell me on a membership and a bunch of extra things that weren't necessary. The guy from Bob's was great. No extra fluff. Quickly diagnosed the issue and gave me the price. Straight to the meat and potatoes.They came out on a Saturday, but weren't able to order a new compressor for my unit until Monday due to the supplier being closed. Great service, reasonable charges for just needed service. They could have sold me a lot more, but just a bit of freon and a change of filters and we were good to go. Thank you Bob's, for honesty and friendly service!
