Erick, the technician, arrived on time. He was very friendly and professional. He inspected my drip system and sprinkler heads and also replaced one of those. He did a great job I highly recommend this company, and will use them again.

Yes I would recommended them! I called them and they arrived within 2 hours. I met with Tristen he did a exam of the situation and then reported to me the options as he saw it very professional and without wasting my time. Was able to make the decision he did the work and tested the system and we were back in business, great job and excellent customer service. I hope all of my McKinney neighbors will call Lawn Sense! Great company Veteran owned, just way over priced. I used them 3 years ago and the price has darn near doubled. I paid over 300.00 to replace a pipe that cost 10.00 or less. I am a Veteran and called around for pricing and no one had Veterans discount. So I went back to use Lawn Sense. I think I used them for weed control before and they were reasonable, but for sprinkler issues crazy expensive. My total bill for the 2 visits were over 500.00.The first visit was 170 to check my system, I called back because there was still a leak, 10 min later leak found 15 min to fix leak with a 10.00 part and a 370 bill. So folks call around before you make a decision on Lawn Sense.
