Dr. Ramos is amazing. Very patient and explains everything in detail. He does not rush to complete the necessary exams and is very knowledgable. The staff is on point and is very helpful with guiding you through the process of obtaining your prescription (contacts, lenses).
I wanna start by saying this is the first review I ever take the time to write. I really feel their service deserves to be recognized . When walking in I was greeted by their friendly staff. I went in for an eye exam and I cannot speak highly enough of Doctor Ramos . He was very patient with me and took time to explain every aspect of the examination. They took away the stress that usually comes from the process , and I’m very grateful for that. It’s refreshing to find businesses such as this that’s still take the time to give outstanding service and without rush!
Dr. Ramos had great bedside manner and took his time during the visit. Explained everything and answered all my questions.The staff was also so polite and attentive. Overall, they were wonderful! Would definitely recommend.
