Cesar was very helpful and assisted in every step of the process from picking out frames, selecting the lenses right for me, and adjusting the final pair of glasses. I have a month to add the sunshade feature, but I need some time to adjust to the progressive lenses.

Outstanding Customer Service and Quick Turnaround at Times Square Optical!I recently had an amazing experience at Times Square Optical. Had a great experience at Times Square Optical. Had the pleasure of working with associate named Melanie, very welcoming and friendly service and helped answer any questions that I had . They have a wide array of selections on frames and prices available from affordable to higher end frames . They also accept most insurance and also have sale promotions. The best thing is that your glasses can be ready same day if time permits. Times Square Optical also has a 30 day satisfaction guarantee, I had to change my frames because the ones I chose were too snug. They were changed with no questions asked .
