At the beginning the young lady was very nice, then she gave me wrong amounts. I questioned the amount they charged because it was differ from when I started the process. Never got a complete file, I had to ask for it. I’m pending a form they kept, I try calling and they never answer. Never going back there .

They messed my income tax up input wrong information and now I owe the irs will never go back and don’t recommend this place to anyone real sloppy work .
