Awesome customer service! I never ever EVER get my nails done, so I had no idea what I was even going in to ask for haha! But I went in and I was immediately welcomed and asked what I wanted. I had been growing out my nails so I just wanted them painted as the reference picture I had brought (which is the last photo). That was all and no touching of the cuticles and they completely respected that! Which was awesome! My nail tech was Su or Sue (not sure how to spell it ?) she was great, gentle with my nails and super friendly and very attentive, sooo helpful! It was my first time coming to this nail salon and I had a very positive experience. The staff was extremely friendly to me and to everyone coming in asking for services. The nail tech was not rough and worked delicately on my set and my nails came out so beautiful! Honestly, the best set I have ever had. Definitely will be going back for my next set ?
