First and foremost, I felt safe as there were proper protocols followed for Covid-19. This was the main reason I had not sought out any hair service anywhere. Jenny and I were in our own space (room) that helped me feel more comfortable and was always wearing her mask appropriately. Customers who were there were also given hand sanitizer, required to wear a mask at all times, and stations were sanitized after every use. Now, hair and customer service! I was very nervous because my first time getting a baylage (before this service) was done by a very well known stylist in Laredo and I wasnt satisfied with the end result. Jenny is very professional and I greatly appreciated her time to explain everything she was doing to my hair and why. She took her time to make sure everything was done correctly and corrected some things that were not done right before so I could get the end result that I wanted. She was giving me tips to maintain my hair, do's and don'ts, treatments, products. This was very helpful because I'm new to getting my hair done. I even decided to add the Oliplex treatment because I did not feel pressured to buy it and understood the benefits of adding it (I don't like forceful sales/experienced in other salons). I usually hate going to salons bc I feel pressured to chit chat (its just not me) but I actually felt so comfortable with Jenny that conversation was just natural. All in all, the customer service was impeccable. I believe this is as important as the end result of my hair. My hair looks great! I couldn't believe it. I got exactly what I wanted. Even my husband said it looked perfect as soon as I got home. If you have had bad experiences with other stylists or are looking for someone you can trust that will listen to what YOU want, Jenny is the stylist for you! Don't waste time (and money) with others.
