Excellent service from beginning to end. Starting with Jose, I’m not sure his title but he called me in and did the initial part of the visit. He was patient and did very well explaining everything he was doing. Dr. Hinojosa was incredibly sweet. Jose Sosa was very helpful going over insurance benefits and helping select frames, lenses and explaining the process despite this not being my first time there. 10/10

I've been to this doctor and clinic for many years since before they moved a few suites. I never had any bad experience Doctor and staff are always nice. Been their patient before I had my baby, now she's 14 and I take them all there. I am satisfied with their service.

Giving 3 starts because the Dr. is really nice, and I felt really comfortable during my eye exam. But on the administrative side it was a bad experience. I went in on October 7th for an eye exam because my intention was to check if my prescription had changed in this couple of years. I wanted to get me some contacts with my insurance. Paulina which is one staff member of the front desk, was the one that answered my questions whenever I called to check if my contact trials were in already. They kept changing the dates, and telling me that they are back ordered. I have been calling for 3 weeks to check if they've received my trials, and every time I call she changes... read full review
