Workers arrived right on time and were abke to explain what actions they took to remedy the issue. Afterwards they cleaned up completely and charged what was originally quoted and nothing extra. AC running excellent now.
I’m in my second year of using Express Air Cooling and Heating. I get my AC checked every April or May before the South Texas heat hits Laredo just as a precaution; it’s better to be proactive than reactive when there’s an issue with the system. They always explain everything they did on every visit.
I even signed up on their 2 times a year service check-up plan where they come out before the summer months and then before winter (I know our 1 month of winter here in Laredo). I also no longer have to order filters as they have those as well. Highly recommended!!!!
This is my first to go. They always solve the problems with my AC and they are very professional. The most important part is that they are reliable. They say when they will go and do it.
