I work here and it's a decent place to work at. I have been treated really well for the most part. The weekend and night dispatch needs to have a better understanding of the truck abilities and needs to spend a couple of weeks out in a truck.

This is the best trucking company in the nation. Working in this industry and for other companies has taught me to look out for my best interest. Danny Herman supports me in that respect. They give us good miles, great equipment, and competitive pay/benefits. Most importantly then is the respect and appreciation from the top down as well as from one driver to another. No company is perfect for everyone but after almost two years with this company, I believe, this company makes every effort to be the best for everyone's benefit.

Swapped trailers. Oil changed. I left my JBL BT speaker in the lounge. A week later, J.C. had it and had no problem getting it back. The integrity of the people in this company is amazing.
