Lady in the front gave me very dismissive attitude when I went in for the first time wanting to set an appt for a check up. Gave me an appt without taking anything but my name and said they would call a day before. Didn't even ask for my phone number. Called a day before to confirm, find out she didn't set up an appt and gave me the time they go to lunch. Second Lady I called said she doesn't know who it was, I gave her a day and a time and she acted oblivious as if it could be any of the 4 receptionist they have . Bad service so disappointed

Brought my better half for her eye exam and staff was very rude and zero customer skills. Usually all real Drs offices allow at minimum 1 person to be inside with patient. Here be prepared to be rudely told only patient is allowed. Oh btw all the staff got in late. Appt was at 9am doors opened at 910am then opthalmologist didn't arrive until almost 930am.

Got my eye exam on Saturday and the staff was very nice and helpful. Dr. didn't rush the job at all. Picked up my glasses today "Thursday" so I got my glasses really quick. Again staff at the counter was very nice and inspected my glasses carefully to make sure everything was good.
