Crystal Marie is on the cutting edge of hair styles and hair management!!! I am willing to drive 2 hours to have her work on my hair! I love my brown hair - it’s wavy, thick and can be wild with humidity- she fixed my bob and made it sparkle with rich caramel balayage tones and a Brazilian blowout. I enjoy learning and loved her explanation of the chemistry behind the magic- I loved her style and atmosphere. I look forward to the future of my hair styles with Crystal Marie at Hella Gorgeous!!!

I am a rep that travels to Laredo as part of my territory. I have been here twice and I'm so grateful to have found this place based on other Yelp reviews. I am based in San Antonio, but when I am home, I am so busy. What I have found that if I do an overnight in Laredo, this is the perfect place for me to catch up on some grooming....like my nails! It's a very nice and clean salon. The owner and I have great conversations and I've had pedicures and gel manicures done there. Love that I have a place in Laredo to get my nails done if I am in town and don't have a chance to get it done at home!

When in an hour before closing and they still let me in. Needed to take off old acrylic and got a manicure and the man who was doing it was amazing. He was so gentle, not once did he over file, nor pulled my cuticle till it hurt, it was just awesome.

Awesome customer service! I never ever EVER get my nails done, so I had no idea what I was even going in to ask for haha! But I went in and I was immediately welcomed and asked what I wanted. I had been growing out my nails so I just wanted them painted as the reference picture I had brought (which is the last photo). That was all and no touching of the cuticles and they completely respected that! Which was awesome! My nail tech was Su or Sue (not sure how to spell it ?) she was great, gentle with my nails and super friendly and very attentive, sooo helpful! I was asking her what she thought looked best since she is the pro and I followed all her suggestions! And that was the right choice, because they ended up exactly how I wanted! I wanted round nails with the same color scheme/design as the pic and IT CAME OUT AWESOME!! I can't stop looking at them, PERFECT FOR SUMMER ☀️ I spammed the pictures ? I will definitely be coming back!!! ??? And I definitely recommend Sue!! OH and everything was super clean as well and organized and they had so many colors to fit any design!

I’ve been going to Dinora since I was like 15! She does amazing women’s haircut. I’m now 27 and still drive in from San Antonio to go to her. She’s the only one I trust to cut my hair. I’ve tried to find one in San Antonio since I live there but no luck. My husband recently started going to cut his hair here now with Laura and she’s incredible! She does such clean work and such a natural fade. That’s his go to lady now. He’s cut it previously in San Antonio at Fantastic SAMS but they’re just not great with their fades and cost way more. This place and their workers are so underrated. They do phenomenal work and deserve more credit. Great prices and wonderful work!

It's an amazing place, the staff are super nice and understanding. The cats in the village are well cared for. Seeing a shelter with an area for cats to roam free is pretty awesome and heartwarming. Also, I love how caring the staff is, I recently adopted a cat and they stayed a while after closing to give me a chance to pick up the cat the day that they approved my application. They give you the cats entire medical history, the certificates, all other relevant docs, coupons, a goodie bag with treats and toys.
