Planet Fitness truly lives up to its “friendliest gym” reputation! The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming, and I’ve had little to no issues during my time there. Even closing my account was a breeze, which made the experience even better. Their laid-back and supportive atmosphere makes it a standout gym, and I know exactly where I’ll go when I’m ready to start my membership again. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a positive and hassle-free gym environment!

The staff is very kind, thoughtful, professional and easy to talk too about anything from fitness goals, to helping me learn how to use equipment. I’ve only been a couple times so far, but I’ve been very pleased. Keep up the great work.

The new guy , Jacob , at the Flowermound location was very nice , and actually looked as if he loved being there and doing his job, unlike alot of people now a days. Very friendly and a great addition to the gym . He seems as the longer he is there , the better he will become. Love his energy and well mannered way.
