The staff are nice but the wait time is ridiculous. I walked in at 2:40. My appointment was scheduled for 2:45. There was one other person in waiting room besides me. I was called back around 3:30. Now sitting here patiently waiting for a doctor to come in. It is 4:18. I just heard someone in the room next to me fussing saying this is her second time here this week and once again she has to wait over an hour in a room to be seen. ...so I guess the wait time is common for this place.

READ THIS CAREFULLY!!! Anybody on here giving good reviews as I always say, either work up in that joker or is PAID to say what they’re saying to deflect REAL EXPERIENCES. I had an appointment at 11:15 and wasn’t seen until 2:40 SQUARE BUSINESS! Excuse me, wasn’t called to get into a ROOM, until 2:40! Sat there until 3:22 until the Dr. came in. I was so excited to be seen by a Black Dr, yet the wait time is crazy! Not to mention, the staff all act like they’re taking muscle relaxers or something and got the nerve to talk about extra fees if you’re late. Ain’t THAT a ^^T^^!? They pack several patient at the same time. Your waiting room wait time is an hour+ then place in a room for another 45 mins. The doctor comes in for 5 mins then send you to lab. Your visit with the doctor & lab is 10 minutes. Poor service. It's all about the money!
