Best service no doubt. My unit stop working Thursday night, leaved a message, and went first thing in the morning Talked with the secretary who kindly explained me how busy their technicians are, pretty much understandable with this heat, and about 10:00 AM Adrian was at my home and fixed in less than 15 minutes even gave me some tips about preventive maintenance.

Thank you for coming out and fixing our ac issues so quickly. I'm sorry I forgot our techs name but he was awesome. Not only did he fix our issue quickly, he gave me pointers on how to maintain our system to prevent future breakdowns. You all are top notch. Thank you!!!

Ask for Adrian to be your tech. He's great, he really cares, and he goes the extra mile. Of course, he is an expert in his field and fixed my parents' AC promptly and properly in 107 degree heat without hesitation. Thats normal for Texair. But I was most impressed with Adrian's willingness to serve and how much respect he showed to my elderly parents. I was visiting when he arrived and saw first hand why my Mom and Dad spoke so highly of that young man. He was especially respectful towards my Korean mother who does not speak English very well.
