I've rented a house, a duplex and an apartment from Bozarth realty in the past 6 years. All 3 properties were better quality and less expensive than anything else I saw from competitors. If something is broke he has it fixed in 1-2 days. The fact that they care about their tennants really shows through.

Mr. Bozarth was always very nice and if something broke he had is fixed ASAP which usually meant the same or next day. Would not hesitate to refer and or rent from him again. He was great!
