I had a 90 minute appointment with Stephanie today and I recommend her highly! I was experiencing severe tightness in my shoulders, upper back and neck, and within one session together I can already tell the tension in my neck and back has greatly dissipated and the range of motion in my neck is significantly better. Stephanie takes the time to hear your concerns, offers great advice for at home stretching and maintenance, and checks in with you throughout your time together to ensure a thorough and comprehensive experience tailored to you. I can't recommend her enough!

Jaime is one of the best massage therapists I have ever had. Her deep tissue massage is amazing on my chronically tight muscles. She also does cupping, which helps relieve muscle tension, improves circulation, and reduces inflammation. I left her session feeling relaxed yet energized! Highly recommended!!
