I was a patient there and was very pleased with the staff. They took great care of me from the Emergency room to ICU and on the recovery wing. The nursing staff was very attentive and caring, the physicians were knowledgeable and worked together to get me well and back on my feet. The cleanliness of the facility was top notch and the director frequently visited to see if I was satisfied with the service. Last but not least the food and servers are comparable to room service in an upscale hotel.

We had an emergency visit and hospitalization. I was really impressed with professionalism during our family crisis. From ER to intermediate intensive care to med surg floor all the doctors, nurses, and techs were kind, proficient and knowledgeable. Can't thank you enough!

Please put some creamer at the coffee stations. Every last one is bare. The lids don't even fit. The "cafe" had 2 warm options, some sort of jambalaya mush and something that resembled a single piece of pizza. There aren't even any tissues in any of the waiting rooms. The best part was when they "couldn't find" my family member who was waiting in the waiting room, right where they "found him". Oh oh and the last time we were here, my family member had his phone charger stolen while in the icu.
