I was taken to the ICU unit. I rate this hospital for this type of care as outstanding. I was there for 3 days. High fives to the nurses and doctors. The hospital environment is beautiful as well. Despite staffing shortages everywhere, these people had great attitudes as well. Clear follow up steps were given on exit and I was discharged on time. Thanks to all!

I have used BSW Lakeway several times. Both hospital and several Drs and OP therapist I have never been disappointed. From ER Drs. and staff to OR Staff every one made my situation more comfortable. My surgeon Dr. Casstevens could not have been more open about what would happen during surgery. I'm thrilled BSW in our area!

Thank you to Baylor Scott and White, Doctors, Nurses, ER & ICD. We are so grateful for all of you. I wish I had better words, but you all saved my husband & my teen son's father. Between BS&W and the people who started the CPR outside a restaurant, everyone came together and brought my husband back. He had 5 to 7 % chance of living and you all made it happen. He is back home after a week and 2 days at the ICU. You are all our angels. PS, The ICU nurses are amazing and worked 24/7 to get him back. Many thanks, wife & son!
