“Staff is nice and they are so patient and helpful! I’ve had a couple appointments that were canceled on me when I rescheduled. There was probably a misunderstanding. The appointment I would want to cancel stayed on their calendar and the one I rescheduled would cancel on their end after I received a confirmation email for it. I wish they had something to let us know of the appointments were canceled to rescheduled so we are all on the same page.

This problem isn’t a deal breaker because there is nothing wrong with the service they provide. I just had to adjust my schedule a few times because of rescheduled/canceled appointments. Especially because its harder to get weekend appointments and I try to plan ahead because of my work schedule, it’s a bummer they would get canceled without my knowledge.“
