Yesterday was my first day with Serena’s 6 week program cavitation sauna wrap meso and meal plan👍🏾 let me tell you ladies and gentlemen I haven’t slept like that since I was a newborn on my mother’s milk 😝 The whole experience made me feel extraordinary. The work she does on your body you feel obligated to not disappoint her . I’m disciplining myself to follow through with her step by step program. She gave me confidence. Encouragement and she put in work on my body. I owe it to myself to work just as hard 🦾thank you Serena 🥰

Wood therapy was done and it was my new experience at this spa salon. Serena was very informative on how it works and I'll be going again! Highly recommended!
