Our ac went out called Prather and Harlan A/C came right out within an hour got running and told us what we needed,got parts ordered. The crew came out today 7/25/2023 installed the new unit in four hours!! Fantastic and professional group of guys. Thank you Carl and crew also Prather and Harlan for a job well done!! Will recommend you to our family and friends.

Motor went out on the outside A/C unit (it's only May but it's hot already - it was 86 inside the house almost as soon as the a/c went out). Prather & Harlan came out within a few hours of me calling. The tech, Archie, was very knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem quickly, just had to wait on the part, no fault of the company. They called first thing the next day and beat me to the house - was almost finished outside by the time I got there to turn everything on inside. Charged a fair price and I paid exactly what I was quoted. A/C is once again cooling the house! Our A/C went out in February of 2022, within two days I was on the schedule to have a complete system change out done. Prather & Harlan took care of me quickly and efficiently! I'd recommend them to anyone!
